About the Role

Career Creed HR Services is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Corporate Recruitment & Staffing to acquire new corporate clients and generate recruitment and staffing mandates across Delhi-NCR and PAN India.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for Permanent Recruitment, Volume Hiring and Contract Staffing.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references and networking.
Connect with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Managers and Business Heads.
Conduct client meetings, understand hiring requirements and generate recruitment mandates.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close recent client accounts.
Develop long-term relationships and generate repeat hiring business.
Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and client activities in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for smooth handover and execution of requirements.

Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in Recruitment,



Staffing, RPO or HR Services.
Proven experience in corporate client acquisition and lead generation.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
Experience dealing with HR/TA decision-makers.
Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
Existing corporate HR/TA network will be an added advantage.

Compensation

INR 5–6 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives, depending on experience and capability.
