About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our hiring engine across non-technical & technical role. This role demands solid ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines in a quick-paced interior fit-out setting.

-- Understand role requirements and align sourcing strategy accordingly
-- Ensure quality pipeline and timely closures
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals, references, and niche platforms
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Conduct market mapping for competitor hiring and salary benchmarking
Screening & Evaluation
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess:
• Conducting Assesments via our in-house portal.
• Technical fit
• Cultural alignment
• Communication and intent
• Coordinate and structure interview processes with hiring managers
Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, challenges, and closures
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Offer Management & Closure
• Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer rollout
• Ensure smooth joining and pre-boarding experience
• Maintain strong follow-ups to reduce dropouts
Data & Process Optimization
• Track and maintain recruitment data (pipeline, TAT, conversion ratios)
• Improve hiring processes and implement best practices
• Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
