Role Description The Real Estate Strategist is a full time, based in Mumbai, responsible for shaping and executing specialities Group’s development and investment strategies. This position involves conducting market analysis and feasibility studies, evaluating potential sites and redevelopment prospects,



and building data-driven business cases for residential and mixed-use projects. The Real Estate Strategist collaborates with senior leadership, design, sales, and finance teams to align project concepts with target customer segments, pricing strategies, and brand positioning. Daily activities include tracking Project Progress, internal team synchronisation, and regulatory changes; preparing strategic reports and presentations; and supporting decision-making on project phasing, and business plans. The role also includes coordination with external partners such as consultants, brokers, and industry stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities and enhance project value.
