JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a structured, analytical and proactive individual to independently manage lower-complexity projects and to support Project Managers in the execution and governance of larger Change, Transformation and Transition (Lift-Out) initiatives across Global Client Delivery (GCD) locations.
The ideal candidate will bring clarity through data, planning and disciplined tracking in environments where stakeholders and requirements are still evolving, ensuring that Business Leads, Tech Leads and cross-functional teams have an accurate and timely view of progress, risks and decisions. The role is the analytical and governance engine of the Projects team – owning project plans, RAID logs, toll-gate evidence, KPI and capacity reporting and the project management tooling that the team runs on. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Head of Projects.
