Araya Health is being built as a house of brands in Indian healthcare — specialist brands, each owning one job properly, under a maker's mark that stands for honest, licensed, well-made products. Today: pain and recovery, gut health, men's health, everyday Ayurveda. The roadmap goes further.

Everywhere our consumer looks for health, we intend to be there — the chemist, the neighbourhood store, the modern retail aisle, the marketplace, the ten-minute app. One brand, wherever it's found.
You'd join as one of the first ten people in the company — early enough to shape what these brands become, not to inherit them.

What you'll own
· Brand positioning across the portfolio — what each brand stands for, who it's for, and what it will never say.
· The language of the brand: tone, naming, claims, the words on the pack and in the ad — at the counter and on the screen.
· The creator engine, built from scratch: doctors, nutritionists, practitioners, and the content that comes out of it.




· Social media end to end: platforms, calendar, community, the brand's voice in public.
· Brand awareness, ATL and BTL — TV, radio, outdoor, in-store, sampling, trade visibility, activations — alongside everything digital.
· NPD: the consumer need, the positioning, the name, the claim, the pack.
· Packaging and identity with design; how the brand shows up in every channel with sales — which means time in the market in UP, Bihar and Bengal, not only Bengaluru.

Who we're looking for
· 5–8 years in brand or marketing on healthcare, Ayurvedic OTC, nutraceutical, personal care or adjacent FMCG brands. You already know how trust is built in a health category and what a claim can and can't say.
· You think of online and offline as one business, not two teams.
· You've owned a brand end to end — ideally built one from nothing.
