Job Description
Drive overall business strategy with complete ownership of revenue, profitability, and P&L; performance.
Lead the sales function to achieve business growth and revenue targets across key markets.
Develop and execute strategic business expansion plans to strengthen market presence and unlock recent growth opportunities.
Build and scale the B2B business channel through customer acquisition, key account management, and strategic partnerships.
Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, marketing, and supply chain to drive business performance.




Establish robust sales processes, performance metrics, and governance frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
Drive customer engagement and retention strategies to enhance long-term business value.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and business teams across geographies.

The Successful Applicant
15+ years of experience in sales, business leadership, or general management roles.
Proven track record of managing P&L; and delivering significant revenue growth.
Strong experience in building and scaling B2B business channels
Demonstrated success in business expansion, market development, and strategic planning.
Experience leading large, multi-functional teams in a high-growth setting.
Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust leadership presence with the ability to influence board-level and senior executives.
