Job Description
Lead the enterprise CRM and sales transformation agenda, ensuring alignment across commercial, supply chain, customer service, and manufacturing functions.
Establish CRM as the single source of truth for customer engagement, sales execution, market intelligence, and business performance management.
Drive the transition from plant-level and siloed decision making to an integrated, customer-centric operating model.
Develop and execute a unified sales excellence framework across multiple business units, including downstream and primary businesses.




Partner with leadership teams to build demand-driven planning capabilities integrating CRM, IBP, and S&OP; processes.
Lead transformation across pre-sales, sales, post-sales, customer service, customer feedback, account management, and commercial execution processes.
Drive enterprise-wide Salesforce adoption, behavioral change, process redesign, governance, and capability building.
Establish robust customer experience metrics including NPS, service performance, complaint resolution, response times, and sales effectiveness indicators.
Build data-driven sales management practices through dashboards, analytics, customer insights, competitor intelligence, and performance reviews.
Lead B2B commerce initiatives, customer self-service capabilities, and digital customer engagement programs.
Partner with technology teams and external implementation partners to ensure seamless integration across CRM, ERP, contract management, and commercial platf
