Bugario (bugario.in) makes women's innerwear and shapewear. Our hero product, JellyLift, is a wire-free jelly bra made for try-on content: the difference shows on camera. We sell on our own site and on marketplaces, and we already run Meta ads at scale. Now we're building a proper creator program, and we want you to run it.

What you'll own, end to end
• Sourcing: finding the right creators, from nano creators to big names, and checking that their followers are real and are the women we sell to
• Negotiation: fees, deliverables and ad usage rights, directly with creators and their managers
• Gifting: free product for smaller creators,



with sizes sorted before anything ships
• Briefs and approvals: explicit briefs, tasteful content, honest claims, and every paid post properly marked as an ad (ASCI)
• Contracts and payments: paperwork, invoices and deadlines, with nothing slipping
• Tracking: a code or link for every creator, so we know who actually drives sales and who to book again
• Ads: your best creator videos go into our paid ads, with real budget behind them
• Budget: you'll plan the creator budget directly with the founder, and grow it as results come in

You'll fit if
• You have 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing, doing the work yourself, not just coordinating it
• You have your own relationships: creators and talent managers who reply when you message
