Join LinkedIn’s GTM Enablement Operations team as a Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Consultant and help customer-facing teams succeed. In this pivotal role,



you will work with teams supporting Sales Development, external Vendor Operations, and Deal Desk to deliver scalable enablement programmes with visible business impact. With guidance from colleagues, you will build your consulting, learning-design, data, and applied AI capabilities while equipping teams with the skills, tools, and processes they need to serve customers confidently, improve productivity, and accelerate rep and manager performance.

As a GTM Enablement Consultant, you will develop a practical understanding of the GTM Operations organisation’s strategy, goals, processes, and performance measures. Partnering with team members, sales and field representatives, and stakeholders, you will use qualitative and quantitative data to identify enablement needs, recommend solutions, and support change-management plans that strengthen skills and simplify work.
