Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant Technical Transformation or equivalent





• Leads a workstream independently and is accountable for deliverable quality, team coordination, and client confidence.
• Drives solutioning, design decisions, estimation, and implementation approach.
• Manages a team and provides technical oversight, coaching, and review.
• Interfaces directly with client managers/directors and escalates risks appropriately.
• Contributes to proposals, capability development, reusable assets, and practice growth.
• Balances hands-on delivery with leadership, planning, and stakeholder management.
