About the role:
We are seeking a agile and motivated Partnerships Business Lead – North & South, India to join our team. The role will lead sales for our Partnerships business and focus on effectively onboarding and managing business partners to drive sustainable sales growth across the region.

What you will be expected to do

• Drive sales for Sun King’s partnership business (B2B, B2G, B2C, etc).

• Achieve sales targets by successfully onboarding new partners, effectively managing existing partners, and optimising business performance.

• Build business by organising sales visits for existing leads, identifying and converting prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Build the sales funnel through prospective partners and identify business opportunities across new channels such as FPO associations, foundation associations, corporate CSR,



large corporates, SRLMs, corporate gifting, rural retail chains, financial institutions, up-to-date trade, and government contract.

• Conduct customer meets, product demonstrations, and partner activation initiatives.

• Monitor customer experience and conduct field audits.

• Ensure complete adoption of CRM and technology tools to manage the sales process through software platforms used at Sun King.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and strengthen Sun King’s presence across the region.

• Establish contact with prospects, develop relationships, and identify, recommend, and upsell appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

• Maintain relationships with clients by providing timely support, relevant information, and guidance, while identifying prospects for service and business improvement.
