About the Role

Lead the national expansion of our Latent Last Mile network — a hyperlocal delivery model that taps into "latent" capacity: shopkeepers, water vendors, students, security guards, and domestic help etc. who deliver during time available around their primary work, earning a secondary income.

This is a national-level role reporting into senior leadership, where you'll shape the operations strategy for scaling this network across India.

What you'll do
Define and execute the strategy for scaling the Latent Last Mile network nationally
Design and refine partner onboarding processes to grow and sustain the delivery network
Own service quality and cost metrics for last-mile operations, and drive continuous improvement against them
Build and lead a team of cluster managers and team leads; set vision, direction, and culture, and manage individual and team performance
Identify operational gaps and drive data-led process improvements
Partner with cross-functional teams — tech, supply, finance, city ops — to implement strategies that optimize cost, service levels, and scalability
