Talent & Learning Lead (Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Career Development, Learning)

Role Purpose

The SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning Consultant-L3 will provide advanced functional ownership and support for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning solutions across the Reckitt landscape. The role will support Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Career Development, and Learning Management, ensuring stable operations and continuous business value realization.

The consultant will act as the senior subject matter expert for all non-Core HR SuccessFactors modules and drive optimization, governance, and service excellence across the talent lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Management Support

- Provide L3 support for:

- Recruiting
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
- Career Development
- Succession-related functionality where applicable

- Analyze and resolve complex functional issues.

- Support annual performance review and compensation planning cycles.

- Manage configuration changes and business process improvements.

Learning Management Support

- Provide L3 ownership of SuccessFactors Learning.
- Support learning assignments, curricula, certifications, and compliance training processes.
- Troubleshoot learner, administrator, and content-related issues.
- Support learning governance and reporting requirements.

Continuous Improvement

- Analyze recurring issues and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.




- Recommend enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Support adoption and optimization initiatives across talent processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Engage with HR Centers of Excellence, Learning teams, Talent Management teams, and Recruiting teams.
- Facilitate workshops, solution discussions, and functional reviews.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Testing & Release Management

- Assess impact of biannual SuccessFactors releases.
- Perform release reviews, regression testing, and business impact assessments.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Other RequirementsExperience & Qualifications

- 8+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 5 years supporting SuccessFactors Talent modules.
- Hands-on experience in Learning Management support.
- SuccessFactors certification in one or more Talent modules preferred.
- Experience supporting global HR organizations in an AMS workplace.
