Responsible for effective project information management within project team. Intervein& be decisive over conflict Management. Attend various Project Review meetings (Internal as well as External) Compliance to ISMS, HSE Plan. Establish Sub-Contracting strategy in coordination with ExxonMobil & Execute. Ensure & Appraise on Resource Management at Onsite & HVEC Participate to Design Review &Intervein;/mediate to actions requires cross functional resolutions. Comment Analysis and resolution for Inter Disciplinary comments (Multiple Stake Holders). Adherence to Project Objectives & Compliance.
