- Strong expertise in:
- Scan insertion & ATPG
- MBIST/LBIST design and integration
- JTAG/Boundary Scan (IEEE 1149.1/1500)
- DFT verification and linting

- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as:

- Synopsys (DFT Compiler, TetraMAX)
- Mentor Graphics Tessent
- Cadence Modus

- Solid understanding of digital logic design, RTL, STA, and physical design interactions.
- Knowledge of ATE concepts is a plus.
- Solid analytical and debugging skills.
