You’ll take ownership of building reliable, secure, and scalable data infrastructure - from streaming pipelines to data lakes. Working closely with engineers, analysts, and business teams, you’ll ensure that data is not just available, but meaningful and impactful across the organization.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and production-scale data platforms.

- Design and manage Apache Airflow pipelines for high-volume sensor, satellite, and third-party data ingestion.

- The project requires experience with Object Storage (such as AWS S3 or MinIO), Kafka streaming, and familiarity with an Ubuntu environment.

- Build and optimize Apache Spark workloads for batch processing, geospatial analytics, and large-scale aggregations.

- Develop and maintain PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, PostGIS, and DuckDB-based data solutions.

- Implement efficient data ingestion, transformation, and bulk-loading pipelines.

- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Docker Compose, including air-gapped environments.

- Collaborate with customer teams to translate business requirements into data products and analytical solutions.

- Ensure data quality, lineage, observability, performance, and SLA compliance.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize pipeline, database, and query performance.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, data models, and operational run-books.

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Airflow, Spark, and PostgreSQL.

- Experience with geospatial and time-series data, S3-compatible storage, and secure customer environments.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in UX design roles Expert proficiency in Figma across all stages of the design process, from ideation to final hand-off Strong experience designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes Proven experience designing scalable and responsive UX solutions across multiple devices and screen sizes Experience working on enterprise and SaaS applications Demonstrable experience collaborating with US-based clients, with a strong understanding of their market expectations and design standards A strong portfolio showcasing scalable, responsive, and high-quality design solutions Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture,



and interaction design Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements Familiarity with accessibility basics, including WCAG guidelines, and the ability to implement inclusive design practices Experience contributing to, maintaining, or working with a design system to ensure consistency across products Ability to present and clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to internal teams and clients High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to delivering polished user experiences Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams Capability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines Willingness to participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback Strong interest in staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices Hands-on experience designing AI-powered interfaces including chat, copilot, recommendation, and generative UI patterns Ability to design for ML-driven features such as confidence scores, predictions, and auto-suggestions Familiarity with responsible AI design — transparency, explainability, and bias-aware practices Experience designing conversational and natural language interfaces including chatbots and prompt-driven workflows Experience designing data-heavy enterprise interfaces — dashboards, data grids, analytics views, and reporting tools Strong data visualization skills — translating complex datasets into clear, actionable UI components Understanding of enterprise-grade UX patterns including RBAC, audit trails, and multi-tenant design Experience designing self-serve analytics features such as KPI cards, drill-downs, and embedded reporting Exposure to building B2B SaaS products, preferably within the healthcare domain Experience with user research methodologies and research tools, and familiarity with motion graphics or UI animations Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Java Script to enable better collaboration with developers Familiarity with SQL or no-code analytics tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Tableau is a plus
