About the Role

Centstone Services is seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to support end-to-end healthcare recruitment for the US market. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, engaging, and managing healthcare professionals across RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Health specialties.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US Healthcare Staffing, MSP/VMS platforms, candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Healthcare Professionals for US healthcare requirements.

- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, availability, credentials, location, and job requirements.

- Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment and submission process.





- Work with MSP/VMS platforms and support healthcare staffing requirements from sourcing through placement.

- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and coordinate effectively with internal recruitment and account management teams.

Requirements

- 2 5 Years of Experience in US Healthcare Staffing / Recruitment Required.

- Experience Recruiting RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Healthcare Professionals Required.

- Hands-On Experience Working With MSP/VMS Platforms Required.

- Strong Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Communication, Negotiation, and Candidate Management Skills Required.

- Valuable Understanding of US Healthcare Staffing Processes and Ability to Work Onsite During US Night Shift Hours.
