Description:

Key Responsibilities Statutory Implementation: Configure, test, and deploy SAP patches and fixes related to the current Indian Wage Code and Labor Codes within the SF ECP environment. System Configuration: Maintain and update India-specific payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and wage type configurations to align with finalized user requirements. Expedited Delivery: Step into an inflight project and collaborate seamlessly with the existing deployment team to accelerate the implementation lifecycle without compromising accuracy. Compliance Reporting: Ensure accurate processing of Indian statutory components including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and Income Tax. Integration Testing: Validate integration between Employee Central (Core HR) and ECP via Point-to-Point (PTP) replication. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel payroll runs to ensure system stability post-upgrade. Stakeholder Alignment: Provide technical and functional guidance directly to HR and Finance leadership regarding local statutory system capabilities, limitations, and rollout risks. Required Qualifications Experience:



Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SAP Success Factors ECP, with at least 2 full end-to-end ECP implementations. Localization Expertise: Extensive, proven experience with India Payroll localization (Country Grouping 40) is strictly required. Statutory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the new Government of India Wage Code / Labor Code requirements and their systemic impact on gross-to-net payroll calculations. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of payroll control center (PCC), advanced schemas, and custom PCRs. Agility: Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, prioritize urgent deliverables, and drive technical execution in a time-sensitive environment.
