Position: Real Estate Sales Executive / Manager

We are looking for motivated sales professionals and freshers to join our real estate sales team for plotted and gated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert leads into real estate sales.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from client meeting to booking and closure.
- Sell plotted and gated residential projects to investors and end-users.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain robust client relationships.
- Conduct and manage real estate investor events, exhibitions, and sales meetings.
- Convert event-generated leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements:

- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in real estate sales, plotting,



land, or gated projects will be preferred.
- Experienced candidates should have a proven ability to close real estate deals.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings and site visits.
- Candidates with experience in real estate events and investor meets will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for site visits and events.

Salary:

- Fresher: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month
