Job Description

AT Advisor Group is expanding its recruitment and HR consultancy operations in Phase 8B, Mohali and is looking for a confident, professional and target-oriented Telecaller / Recruitment Executive.

Our company works with clients in India and international markets for recruitment and manpower requirements. The selected candidate will handle client communication, lead follow-up, business development and recruitment-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with company-provided leads.

- Generate new leads and build your own client network.

- Communicate professionally with potential and existing clients.

- Understand client hiring requirements and explain our recruitment services.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Arrange and handle face-to-face client meetings when required.

- Follow up with clients and convert recruitment requirements into business.

- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team.

- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

- Be comfortable appearing on camera for company videos and recruitment-related content.

- Participate in creating basic social media/recruitment content for the company.

- Maintain proper records of leads, calls and client follow-ups.

Monthly Target

Minimum target: 5 successful recruitment/sales conversions per month.

Candidates should be comfortable working with monthly targets and regular follow-ups.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month





The exact salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills and suitability for the role.

Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.

Cab Facility

Cab/transport facility is not currently provided.

However, based on the candidate's performance and business results, cab facility may be introduced after approximately 2–3 months.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good spoken English and Hindi.

- Confident and professional personality.

- Comfortable speaking with business owners, HR representatives and clients.

- Good convincing, sales and follow-up skills.

- Ability to generate your own leads and build professional connections.

- Comfortable with face-to-face client meetings.

- Comfortable appearing on camera.

- Basic computer, WhatsApp and email knowledge.

- Previous experience in telecalling, recruitment, HR consultancy, sales or business development is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence may also apply.
