We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Faculty to conduct engaging and practical training sessions for students. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Human Resource Management and the ability to explain concepts clearly through practical examples and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HRM classes for students through offline and online sessions.
- Teach topics such as Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Employee Relations, Labour Laws, and HR Operations.
- Provide practical examples, case studies, activities, and assignments.
- Conduct soft skills, communication, and professional development sessions when required.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance and feedback.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and career-oriented sessions.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth delivery of classes.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Support students with career guidance and industry-related knowledge.
Requirements
- MBA/PG in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Relevant teaching or industry experience in HR.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of practical HR processes and current industry practices.
- Ability to handle students effectively and conduct interactive sessions.
- Immediate joining preferred.
