Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, qualified traffic and search presence.
- Manage On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Content SEO, Local SEO and Off-Page SEO activities.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, search intent analysis and SERP analysis.
- Identify new keyword, topic and content opportunities before competitors.
- Optimise titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content, internal links and other on-page elements.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing and rankings.
- Identify and resolve issues related to Technical SEO.
- Develop SEO-focused content briefs, topic clusters and content strategies.
- Work closely with content writers to improve topical authority, relevance, search intent alignment and content quality.
- Build and optimise internal linking structures and content relationships.
- Manage and improve Local SEO and Google Business Profile performance.
- Conduct competitor backlink and content analysis and identify relevant off-page opportunities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR and conversions.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools to identify performance trends and opportunities.

Advanced SEO & LLM SEO

- Research and implement LLM SEO / AI Search Optimisation strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search results.
- Explore how search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs) discover, understand, retrieve and cite information.
- Optimise website content and information architecture for AI search, answer engines and conversational search.
- Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) strategies.




- Identify opportunities to increase brand/entity visibility across Google AI Overviews, AI-powered search experiences and other emerging answer engines.
- Improve content structure, entity clarity, factual consistency and topical authority to support machine understanding.
- Explore structured data, entity optimisation, semantic SEO and knowledge-based content strategies.
- Continuously test and document emerging SEO and AI-search optimisation techniques.
- Stay ahead of major changes in Google Search, AI search and search behaviour and proactively recommend changes to the team.

Candidate Requirements

- One to Two years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Technical, Content, Local and Off-Page SEO.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis and content optimisation.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
- Good understanding of content clusters, internal linking and topical authority.
- Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress and Shopify.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to SEO with a willingness to experiment, test and learn new strategies.
- Robust interest in LLM SEO, GEO, AEO and AI-powered search.
- Ability to identify emerging SEO opportunities and recommend actions before they become mainstream.
- Willingness to continuously learn about search algorithms, AI models, SERP changes and evolving search behaviour.
