Role Description The Aptitude Trainer 5th at FACE Prep Campus is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam. The trainer will design and deliver aptitude training sessions covering quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability topics for undergraduate students. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and test materials, conducting classroom sessions, and providing individual feedback to help students improve their problem-solving and test-taking skills. The role also involves tracking student performance, coordinating with academic coordinators to align training with placement requirements,



and contributing to workshops or mock assessments designed to enhance campus recruitment outcomes. The trainer is expected to maintain a structured, engaging classroom environment and continuously update content based on evolving industry and assessment standards.
Qualifications

- Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with proven experience in teaching or training these areas.
- Skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum delivery, including the ability to create structured learning modules and practice materials.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Ability to assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (presentation software, online assessment platforms, learning management systems) to support training.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or education is an advantage.
- Prior experience in aptitude training, test-prep coaching, or campus recruitment training is highly preferred.
- Robust interpersonal skills, a learner-centric mindset, and willingness to collaborate with faculty and placement teams.
