This is a senior, hands-on marketing leadership role responsible for building and scaling a go-to-market engine in India.
You will define the local marketing strategy while adapting an established international brand and playbook to the Indian market.
The role spans brand, demand generation, content, SEO, paid media, partnerships, events, product marketing, and marketing operations.
You will own the marketing budget, pipeline contribution, performance reporting, and the systems that turn marketing activity into measurable commercial results.
Working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams across India and the UK, you will have significant autonomy and influence.
AI-powered tools will be embedded into content, campaign execution, reporting, and marketing workflows to increase speed and effectiveness.
Success will mean stronger brand recognition, a predictable qualified pipeline, higher-converting digital channels,



and a growing presence within India's startup and investor ecosystem.

Accountabilities

Define and lead the India go-to-market and brand strategy in alignment with broader business objectives, overseeing messaging, digital assets, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.

Own demand generation and digital marketing across the website, SEO, AI-search visibility, content, paid media, email, social, and partner channels.

Build and execute integrated campaigns that consistently generate qualified leads and contribute directly to pipeline growth.

Lead product marketing by developing positioning, value propositions, sales enablement materials, and launch campaigns for recent products and features.

Own marketing operations through HubSpot or equivalent platforms, including workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle management, attribution, reporting, and automation.
