The Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining statutory compliance, including PF, PT, and LWF return filings. They will also be responsible for payroll data validation and reconciliation, ensuring accurate PF reports. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with PF statutory regulations and timely PF ECR fillings.
• Prepare and file PT and LWF returns accurately and within deadlines.
• Validate payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile PF reports and identify any discrepancies or errors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory regulations and payroll best practices.
• Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
• Implement and maintain productive payroll processes and systems.
• Generate and distribute payroll-related reports as required.




• Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PF, PT, and LWF statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to stay updated with changing regulations and industry trends.
