As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platform – SDWAN team, you apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. In this SD‑WAN-focused role, you will help design and build a next-generation SD‑WAN ecosystem with integrated management, monitoring, and analytics, partnering closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to deliver outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work workplace to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.

• Applies reuse-first,



AI-assisted practices within delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options, ensuring changes are traceable/auditable and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.

• Lead and contribute to the architecture, evaluation, and standardization of SD‑WAN and emerging network communication technologies, products, and solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and business units to define current state and future direction of the SD‑WAN technology landscape.

• Lead and collaborate in the development of technical design solutions and architecture artifacts (e.g., functional architecture, HLD/LLD).

• Capture, analyze, decompose, and document requirements for systems, products, and subsystems of moderate to high complexity.

• Partner with business, product, and architecture teams to define next-generation SD‑WAN network requirements
