Our creative team sits at the heart of this - building work that performs across platforms, formats, and an increasingly AI-powered creative landscape.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Junior Motion Designer who is passionate about bringing visuals to life through motion. You're curious, hands-on, and detail-obsessed - someone who genuinely loves the craft of animation and is equally excited about how AI tools are changing what's possible.
You don't need years of AI experience. We want someone who's already experimenting - who's messed around with Midjourney or tried Runway, who thinks about how these tools can make their work faster and more engaging. If that's you, read on.

THE ROLE
Animate & Produce Motion Graphics
→ Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos for social media, digital campaigns, and performance ad formats.

→ Bring static designs to life using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
→ Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Freepik) to create reference imagery, style frames, or hero visuals — then incorporate them into your motion work.
→ Explore AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Veo) under senior guidance, learning how to use AI-generated footage as a base layer for compositing and motion graphics.

Storyboard & Concept Development
→ Contribute to early creative development — sketching out ideas, building mood boards, and presenting concept directions to the team.
→ Use AI image generation to rapidly prototype storyboard frames — turning a rough concept into a visual pitch faster than traditional methods allow.
→ Learn to write clear, effective prompts for AI tools that produce brand-accurate, on-brief output — and iterate from there.

Edit & Optimise Video Content
→ Edit short-f
