Opportunity Overview

You will join our Bangalore office as the person who keeps it running — the single point of contact for facilities,



office administration, and the day-to-day logistics that sit behind our sales, service, and repair operations in India.

This is a broad and genuinely central role. On one side, you will own the office itself: vendors, facilities, housekeeping, supplies, courier handling, and front-of-house support for visiting colleagues and guests. On the other, you will take ownership of the documentation and coordination behind physical goods moving in and out of our office and repair hub — delivery challans, e-way bills, e-invoices, and inward and outward registers for spare parts, demo robots, and customer units in for repair.

That second half matters more than it might first appear. These documents are what allow us to demonstrate to government authorities that goods held on site are not for sale, and gaps in them carry real exposure.
