Job Description

Due to the continued and rapid growth of Wise, we’re on the hunt for an ambitious, analytical FP&A; qualified to join our global Finance Business Partnering team in Hyderabad. You’ll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship.
Your mission:
• Support the Finance Business Partnering in helping departments understand their cost base, manage budgets and optimize efficiency.
• Support budgeting & re-forecasting processes, building accurate financial models and forecasts for operating expenses (OPEX) and key business growth drivers.




• Perform actuals vs. forecast variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends that support data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Improve existing financial models and BI dashboards to deepen the level of actionable commercial insights delivered to business leads.
• Generate meaningful insights through data backed financial analysis, with a clear and concise narrative.
