Role summary: The Investor Services Vice President will oversee LP correspondence, escalation management, onboarding review, operational controls, reporting, and communication across various business units. The role will serve as a central point of coordination across teams, with responsibility for improving operational efficiency, strengthening governance, and ensuring timely follow-up on matters impacting priority LP relationships. The Vice President will partner closely with various teams to ensure consistent communication, strong controls,



accurate reporting, and a high-quality investor servicing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee high-priority and time-sensitive investor service matters across the Blackstone platform, coordinating with business units, internal stakeholders, and leadership to ensure prompt, accurate, and well-communicated resolution.
• Review and manage daily investor communications, escalations, outstanding requests, and open items impacting priority LP relationships, ensuring explicit ownership, timely follow-up, and consistent service delivery.
• Validate and review LP onboarding documentation, operational requirements, internal standards, and applicable SLA expectations across business units to ensure onboarding activities are complete, accurate, and appropriately controlled.
