Key Responsibilities

Projects VE / CE Execution
• Lead VE/CE projects for PA system‑level offerings (Experion PKS, cabinets, control platforms, networking, I/O, RTU and related system hardware) from project engineering side.
• Identify cost‑out opportunities across:

• System architecture
• Cabinets and enclosure platforms
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies
• Third‑party hardware and supplier components

• Develop and execute VE/CE project charters including scope, baseline cost, savings potential, risks, and mitigation.
• Drive projects through ideation → feasibility → implementation → validation → closure.

System Engineering & Architecture
• Analyze PA system designs, block diagrams, BOMs, and drawings to identify: • Redundancy reduction
• Design simplification
• Standardization and reuse
• Make‑vs‑Buy opportunities

• Support architecture evolution initiatives (e.g., platform consolidation, modular designs, common sub‑systems).
