The role in a nutshell:
The Client Success Advisor plays a critical role in building and sustaining robust, long‑term relationships across a portfolio of small to mid‑sized clients who currently leverage a limited set of Safeguard Global services but demonstrate meaningful near‑term growth potential. As the client’s primary point of contact, the Advisor develops a deep understanding of each client’s business, translating their goals into actionable plans that drive satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and expansion. Managing a portfolio of 20–50 clients utilizing 1–2 services,
the Client Success Advisor partners cross‑functionally to ensure successful service delivery, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities that support both client success and Safeguard Global’s revenue growth.
How you will make a difference:
• Establish client relationships with operating and senior level contacts (CHRO/CFO, VPs, Directors, Global Mobility, etc.) for each account within assigned client portfolio.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, priorities, and long‑term goals, and translate that insight into success plans that drive meaningful outcomes. This includes defining desired results, identifying risks, establishing governance, and guiding adoption—ultimately turning client needs into actionable initiatives that strengthen partnership value and support revenue growth.
