We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support complex Workday integrations across HR, payroll, finance, benefits, and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), along with a solid understanding of Workday integration architecture and data flows.

This role requires a technically strong qualified who can work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable integration solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and EIB, ensuring solutions meet business, security, and performance requirements.




- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation approaches.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems such as payroll, benefits, finance, identity management, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
- Work with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend appropriate integration solutions.
- Develop integration documentation, technical specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and production validation.
- Monitor integration performance and proactively address errors, data inconsistencies, and recurring issues.
