About the role
As Real Estate Strategy Manager based in India, you will be part of the global SRE Portfolio & Strategy Location Strategy team.



You will develop fact-based location and portfolio strategies for Siemens in India and across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), connect local and regional market and regulatory insights with global portfolio objectives, and prepare transparent decision proposals for senior management. In this role, you will work closely with Siemens businesses, country and regional SRE teams, internal expert functions, and external advisors across APJ and internationally.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Develop customer- and portfolio-driven real estate strategies for Siemens locations in India and across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), and contribute regional perspectives to global portfolio and location strategy initiatives.
• Lead the preparation of location concepts, strategy papers, feasibility and pre-development studies, site selection assessments, master plans, and management decision proposals.
