What would you do? • • End to end knowledge on Vendor onboarding and amendment
• • Handling queries regarding the process
• • Connecting with End user or supplier to investigate and find a resolution
• • Addressing the Helpdesk queries regarding Vendor Onboarding and amendments in a timely manner
• • Reporting daily metrices
• • Coordinate with leads for all vendor-related processes, providing timely guidance and resolution to stakeholders and vendors
• • Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, compliance standards, and organizational policies across vendor management activities
What are we looking for? • • Graduation any stream
• • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• • Positive interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers, customers on a regular basis)
• • Knowledge of SAP-S4 Hanna, Procurement ERP
• • Knowledge Ticketing tool - Service now
• • Vendor Master data Management
• • Vendor management knowledge understanding the up-stream and the downstream process• • Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset
