The Branch Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, offering effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications
