The Campaign Project Manager (CPM) for EU Live Sports & Events oversees the production of Sports & Live Events campaigns for Prime Video International (PVI) Scaled O&O; across UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, and EUX markets. This CPM coordinates campaign workflows for Sports & Live Events across UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, and EUX markets — covering 150+ Tentpole events annually including FIFA World Cup, Olympics, and Premier League. The role sits at the center of campaign activation, connecting stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Partner Management, and Sports Programming to ensure every event launches on time and at quality. Sports & Live Events is one of the fastest-growing verticals in PVI, and this role provides the dedicated operational coordination that keeps campaign production running smoothly at scale.

Day to day, the CPM manages campaign approvals, coordinates cross-functional workflows through the Airtable (Rocky) platform, supports War Room activations during live events, and ensures campaign quality through QA validation across multiple platforms and territories.





The CPM understands campaign requirements from the O&O; Marketing team, cascades work to the appropriate GSS teams for execution, removes blockers, and enables the on-time launch of live sporting events and tentpole activations.

This role supports coordination of 15+ partners and 150+ Tentpole events annually, operating within a rapidly growing vertical.

Key job responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional teams, gathering inputs and anticipating bottlenecks for campaign delivery across Creative, Marketing, Partner Management, and Sports Programming teams.

Serve as a coordination point for Sports & Live Events campaign workflows, liaising with internal stakeholders, providing timely responses on task status per SLA, and routing requests

Flag process gaps and inefficiencies to leadership, documenting specific pain points per established feedback mechanisms, and support automation initiatives
