We are looking for Business Development Executive to support occupancy growth, client acquisition, and partnership development for our Ahmedabad operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
/n
/n
- Identify and connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, referrals, and other outreach channels.
/n
- Generate and qualify leads to support occupancy targets.
/n
- Maintain and update lead databases and sales records.
/n
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
/n
/n
Business Development
/n
/n
- Schedule and conduct property visits for prospective residents.
/n
- Engage with colleges, educational institutions, corporate HR teams, and other potential partners.
/n
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and relationship management.
/n
- Support local marketing and business development initiatives.
/n
/n
Client Relationship Management
/n
/n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accommodation options.
/n
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing residents.
/n
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to move-in.
/n
/n
Market Research & Reporting
/n
/n
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
/n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions.
/n
- Share regular sales and activity updates with the reporting manager.
/n

Cross-Functional Coordination
/n
/n
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to support occupancy goals.

- Assist in executing campaigns, events, and local outreach activities.
