Job Overview

Srisattva Group is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with key clients. The role is closely aligned with Customer Support and Customer Success, focusing on understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, coordination, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.





Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients.

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.

• Understand client requirements, concerns, and expectations and coordinate internally for timely resolution.

• Handle client queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, ERP/Zoho, HR, Recruitment, and other service teams based on client requirements.

• Track client requests, pending activities, and commitments until closure.

• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their requirements.

• Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to understand satisfaction and additional requirements.

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional services wherever relevant.
