PeopleCert is looking for Head of Lean Six Sigma, who will be responsible for leading the global commercial growth of the Lean Six Sigma portfolio. Through an in-depth understanding of the PeopleCert Group strategy, the successful candidate will define and execute the commercial roadmap, establish partnerships with corporates and training providers, and drive the adoption of PeopleCert’s Lean Six Sigma certifications and solutions across international markets.

As a Head of Lean Six Sigma, your tasks will include the following:
- Define and oversee the global commercial strategy for PeopleCert’s Lean Six Sigma product line.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporates, training organizations, consulting firms, and professional associations to expand market presence.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing a target-driven sales and partnership strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent PeopleCert at Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, quality management,



and process improvement-related industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote thought leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies proactively.
- Identify opportunities to increase the adoption of Lean Six Sigma certifications across different industries and international markets.
- Provide forecasts, reporting, and insights to senior leadership on commercial performance and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and guide a commercial team to achieve defined goals and objectives.
- Ensure their work and presence are aligned with the company’s core values—Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity.
