ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Site Payments
Associate II supports and manages the implementation and ongoing investigator payment services for Payments projects, while also supporting the monitoring of global financial operations for the Site Payments product, ensuring accurate and timely processing of investigator grants and patient reimbursements, reporting, third-party vendor coordination including invoicing,



and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the operational implementation activities and ongoing investigator payment services for Payments projects and programs, including the creation and maintenance of vendor, site, and Principal Investigator (PI) records, bank setup entries, and user management, the analysis and configuration of clinical trial agreements, study protocols, and contract budgets, and the support for ongoing payment transactions, invoicing process, batch processing services, payment settlement, and query resolutions, in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements

• Support the monitoring and analysis of financial data, ensuring timely processing of EFT (ACH/Wire) payments, check payments, and patient reimbursements, investigating and resolving payment issues for nonreceipt or lost checks and transaction inquiries, creating reports including month
