About the Opportunity

One of our banking clients is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager - SME Liabilities to manage the Current Account (CA) portfolio and drive related business activities. The role focuses on acquiring new-to-bank clients, growing the deposits book, building the franchise, delivering a strong customer experience, and maintaining effective governance.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Business Conduct

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the organisation’s values and Code of Conduct.

- Take personal responsibility for maintaining high standards of ethics and regulatory and business conduct, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Code of Conduct.

- Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively.





- Exercise delegated authorities in accordance with applicable governance requirements and the organisation’s Articles of Association or equivalent.

Other Responsibilities

- Embed the organisation’s values and brand principles within India Business Banking and Liabilities.

- Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business, or Functional policies and procedures.

- Undertake responsibilities across multiple functions, where applicable.

Qualifications

Education

- Preferably a postgraduate degree or MBA, with substantial experience in SME Banking related to CASA, trade, forex, and core banking products.
