Job Responsibilities
- Generate life insurance business through the assigned IndusInd Bank branch.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate insurance leads.
- Explain life insurance products and recommend suitable plans based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with bank employees to achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Banking or insurance experience required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets.
- Age should be 30 years or below.
