We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive with strong experience selling SaaS and software solutions to FMCG and CPG businesses across India. The role requires an experienced full-cycle sales professional who can independently manage opportunities from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closure.
The ideal candidate will understand the unique dynamics of traditional, family-run, and owner-led businesses and be comfortable building relationships with senior decision-makers while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end B2B SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Identify and build a pipeline of prospective FMCG and CPG customers across India.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, referrals, networking, and other relevant channels.
• Engage with business owners, promoters, senior management,



and other key decision-makers.
• Understand customer business processes, operational challenges, and technology requirements.
• Conduct discovery meetings and qualify opportunities based on business needs and buying potential.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions in a clear and business-focused manner.
• Develop customised value propositions and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Manage negotiations, commercial discussions, objections, and procurement processes.
• Drive opportunities through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build strong relationships with traditional and owner-led businesses.
• Coordinate with internal product, implementation, and customer-facing teams to support successful deal closure.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and opportunity updates.
