NResponsibility -
N- Configure Oracle FusionPayroll to meet client requirements and document application set- ups.
N- Should be proactive in debugging and providing solutions to client for P1/P2 tickets.
N- Should be responsible for client facing during ER (Enhancement Request) discussions.
N- Should be able to analyze BRD and provide High Level Estimates, prepare Functional / Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test Documents and Production Migration Documents for the ERs.
N- Write Functional requirement documents for any reports, interfaces and application extensions.
N- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, and application extensions.
N- Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.
N- Should have complete product knowledge for participating the impact assessment sessions and Deep Dive sessions with client.
N- Should be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade.
N- Should be able to perform Regression Testing within the timelines.
N- Incident Management Tool / Ticketing Tool experience is Plus (Eg. Jira, Service Now) but not mandatory
N- Quality Assessment /Quality Check skills is plus but not mandatory
N- Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.
N- Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

nSkills –
N- Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Fusion Payroll.
N- Ability to configure Workforce Compensation Plan and Individual Compensation Plan
N- Ability to configure Salary basis and Salary Components based on the requirement.
N- Good understanding on the energetic calculations used with Payroll Plan.
N- Understanding of the different compe
