Role Overview

The Manager - Finance will manage end-to-end accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, reporting and multi-jurisdictional statutory compliance across group entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, month-end close, journals, accruals, provisions and FX accounting.

• Oversee bank, wallet, client funds, GST/TDS, fixed asset and intercompany reconciliations.

• Manage intercompany AR/AP across India, US, Singapore and GIFT City.

• Ensure compliance with FEMA, FDI, ODI, GST, TDS, PF/ESI and other regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate US, Singapore, GIFT City and Cayman statutory filings with external advisors.

• Manage transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements and cross-border transactions.

• Oversee AR/AP, ageing,



vendor payments and foreign receivables/payables.

• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness and financial processes.

• Prepare MIS, cash flow reports, variance analysis and support multi-entity consolidation.

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience

• CA mandatory; qualification must be completed.

• 2+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, investment management, brokerage or a global multi-entity setup.

• Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, IFRS, US GAAP and Companies Act.

• Hands-on experience with FEMA, FDI, ODI, transfer pricing and cross-border compliance.

• Solid accounting and reconciliation skills with Tally/ERP/cloud accounting platforms.

• Experience in multi-currency and intercompany accounting.
