Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant to design, build, and optimize personalized, multi-channel customer journeys. The role involves translating business and marketing requirements into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions while ensuring data quality, platform governance, campaign performance, and compliance with privacy and communication standards.




Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and execute campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Develop responsive and personalized email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript.
• Build automated customer journeys, triggered communications, segmentation logic, and data-driven personalization.
• Create and maintain data extensions, SQL queries, imports, extracts, filters, and scheduled automations.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms using Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, SFTP, and other integration mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, effort estimates, and implementation plans.
