Business Justification

We are seeking a highly skilled IFS Cloud Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, customization, and systems integration of our IFS Cloud FSM platform. In this role, they will focus entirely on architecture, configurations, and external connections.



They will build and deploy scalable custom logic, automate data workflows, and ensure seamless data exchange across our software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and enhancement activities within IFS Cloud – Field Service Management.

• Partner with business stakeholders to define scalable service management solutions.

• Support and optimize Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Contracts, Scheduling & Dispatch, Mobility, and Asset Management processes.

• Lead SAP and enterprise system integration efforts.

• Facilitate requirements workshops and drive solution design decisions.

• Support testing, deployment, training, and stabilization activities.

• Establish FSM solution standards, documentation, and best practices.

• Mentor team members and provide solution leadership across initiatives.
