The Product Owner (PO) is a subject matter expert and the content authority for the team level within the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (Protected). This role is dedicated to driving AI-powered HR Service Delivery through ServiceNow Now Assist, focusing on designing, owning, and scaling intelligent HR use cases that transform employee experience.
The PO is responsible for a portfolio of AI-driven HR products and services, including managing the team backlog, writing, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, and representing HR stakeholders to the Agile team. They optimize return on investment by ensuring Scrum team members deliver the most valuable AI-enabled features and workflows.
The role has strong relationships and responsibilities outside the local team,



including working with Product Management to prepare for Program Backlog, participating in Agile Release Train (ART) Sync meetings, and collaborating to deliver end-to-end solution value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provides vision and direction for AI-driven HR Service Delivery solutions leveraging ServiceNow Now Assist to Agile development teams and stakeholders.

• Ensures the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks aligned with HR AI priorities.

• Plans and prioritizes product feature backlog and development for Now Assist HR use cases, including generative AI and agentic workflows.

• Fully understands the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for HR AI and articulates these to the development team.

• Assesses value and prioritizes backlog items based on business impact, time, and dependencies determined during PI planning and refinement.
