Role Summary
Join our Aftermarket Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) function in Bengaluru and help keep the commercial side of engine repair and overhaul accurate, efficient and on time. We are hiring Finance Analysts for three focus areas: Invoice Vetting, Estimate Vetting and Clawback Support. Your work will support cost efficiency, protect profit margins, and ensure smooth operations for our customers and overhaul bases.





What You Will Be Doing
• Manage invoice vetting: Review customer and Aftermarket MRO invoices against defined checklists, contracts and policies, including Fixed Price Repair Catalogue (FPRC), quantity and price analysis.
• Validate estimates: Review calculations, rates, quantities, assumptions and supporting evidence against approved standards, contracts, benchmarks and historical data to confirm accuracy, completeness and commercial reasonableness.
• Process clawback cases: Review, validate and process cases in line with approved policies, SOPs and authority limits, maintaining complete case records, trackers and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions: Identify discrepancies, omissions, duplication, anomalies, incomplete information and potential cost risks; raise clarification queries and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data or system issue
